I have started to add functions to MinimOsd code.
At first i did it for myself only. Added many functions i thought i need. Then opened this thread.
after a while, Pedro and later Miguel came, and things started to happen fast. :D
They have optimised the code and added even more things to it.
They have worked hard on CT, and it became a great tool!

By now MinimOSD-Extra got a pretty advanced OSD.

This functions can be turned on and off, and placed on different screens now, by the Config. tool.
Also RSSI, switching mode and channel and unit measurement, Stall speed warning, Overspeed warning, Battery warning volt, Battery percent warning, RSSI warning, can be set in new Config Tool.
We built in a new way of setting video standards. Now OSD does not guessing anymore :). You can set it fixed from CT. It is in "Video Mode" menu.

I have a pixhawk and a bluetooth board that I'll be putting in a quad. Could you please share what bluetooth unit you used and how you connected and set it up?

Sure.
You can edit our carset and change any character you want, sou you can make your own.
One thing you can't do is to resize the character cell. But you can change the content of the cells. ;)

i have sold my issue and minimosd work perfectly with pixhwak on telemetry port 1 or 2.
Don't forget to write sr0 sr1 or sr2 parameter
Next week i will try bluetooth on sr1 and minimosd on sr2 .....

Hi, can someone give me a hand here:
minimosd with KV team mod. running 2.4extra with the corresponding charset
everything works except RSSI, RSSI value is all over the scale from 0-100 constantly changing. the same happens when I unplug the RSSI wire from the APM, it still jumps around like crazy.
running AC 3.2rc2, everything works fine except RSSI....
RSSI is setup correctly on the APM as I can see the correct value on the MP status->rxrssi parameter.

If you have performed the solder blob mod (5v jumper) you are not required to (and you really should not) connect 12v to the 12v side. All that happens over there is the 12v input goes through the 5v regulator anyway, before being introduced to any components.
