Advice on a full UAV platform for agriculture

Hello,

I'm looking for advice that anyone could give on some UAV platforms to look into.  I'd like a ready-to-fly UAV, and prefer a multi-rotor.  I'm wondering if anyone knows of a platform that comes with a good camera for creating NDVI photos, built in with failsafes, and one that might include flight software.  Photo-stitching and processing software included, or these services offered would be a benefit as well. I am in the agriculture industry, and am looking for an easy to use UAV for crop scouting, collecting near-infrared or NDVI imagery, and video.

Thanks!
