I have a brand new APM 2.5, which will connect to the Mission Planner OK with no Rx connected, but as soon as I try connecting with the Rx attached to even channel 1 only, no dice.If I connect via USB first, THEN connect the Rx channels, it all works.What the?Any clues? Rx is a Futaba R7008SB.

OK, this is spooky. This morning I plugged in my uBlox GPS board AND patched the Planner from ..33 to ..35 and it worked with the Rx plugged in. I haven't revisited with the GPS removed, but I may try that to make sure I have a better idea which change fixed it.
