APM 2 setup gone wrong

I'm setting up my APM 2, and before I flashed to 2.6 (while it was just sitting on my desk), it acted just fine.

Now that I've flashed to 2.6, and hooked it up to the quad, the APM is acting up.

-The climbrate / verticalrate are bouncing around between -2 and +2.

-The Compass is off

-The orientation (when connected to MissionPlanner) shows it on its side, and doesn't respond correctly to being moved around.

-In Terminal, I hit "Show Settings" and it returns this,

Any ideas on what might be causing this? I've tried unplugging all motors, and the Rx, and still nothing. I'm about to attempt to put 2.5.5 back on here and see if that fixes it.

  • Reverting to 2.5.5 has not solved the problem.

Although, hitting "ENTER" x3 when it's doing that crap, I get a command line where I can go into the setup, and do things... but when it reboots, it goes back to being screwed up.
