After tuning PID's with help from DaveC's youtube video my first flight log look like this.
Hope someone will take a look and tell me if it seems right.

I have done the Compassmot test and got 187% which affects my Yaw dramaticly (It keeps Yawing left) , so I have allready ordered the new 3DR GPS/Compass module.
When i switch from Stabilize mode to Alt Hold my Copter falls out of the sky even when throttle set to middle position.
Hovering done mostly between 1-2m.
*Still havent aplied any Rate_I as the copter is turning to much to get a feel for it.
I have attached the flight log aswell as the pictures in a zip file.
