Hi all,
After a frustrating half day of calibrating ESC's and hooking / rehooking up everything I've discovered that my output 4 pin of the APM is not working.
I tested through hooking up multiple ESC's and motors logically troubleshooting each component along with isolating different wires etc to find what was happening. Flipping the output wire (previously outputting to motor 1,2,3,4 becoming 4,3,2,1) resulted in the problem shifting motors. Following this I tested a single connecting on each output pin in isolation, 1-2-3 all went through the arming process and activated the motor, pin 4 wouldn't recognise there was an ESC connected.
My question is, should I do anything further to eliminate the possibility this is software related (is it possible that its software related?). Can I do any further testing to determine why pin 4 isn't outputting? I checked the solder joint which is the only thing I could think of and it looked solid with no extra solder shorting it out or anything.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Cheers.

Did you solder the board yourself? If so, maybe you burned a trace?
