i read that this week arducopter V2.0 will arrive.

But can someone explain to me what to choose.

The ardupirates NG version or the Arducopter V2.0

is there any difference ???

ardupirates NG is "just" modified arducopterNG code, which is the forerunner of ACM (arducopter V2)
