Is it possible to use ArduPilot without a radio TX. Setup the auto takeoff, waypoints in APM and autoland. Simple idea will it work ?

Should work fine, why wouldn't it?
You might need to figure out a way to arm the APM without a TX, but mine always seems to be armed anyways.
