I have been doing some searching but haven't been able to find out if there is any alert options for when the copter is armed/disarmed.  

Other controllers usually have some sort of sound when that state changes.  I know there is the one LED on the board and it would be nice to at least extend that to the top with a brighter LED, especially since my ardupilot is in a case inside my frame.

Does anyone know of other options for alerts other than checking the ground station.
