i have the U818a, the camera is okay, can be better. Wondering, if i change the lens to an Lg G4 lens, would the picture/video come out in 1018 or would the unit not be able to process it? i can make it physically fit, i just need to know if it works.

What do you mean in '1018'? Do you mean 1080p? If you want to capture high quality video you should take a look at Phantom 4 or so..
