Cannot arm the motors

have not  succeeded in finding the cause the of my APM'S refusal to arm the motors since I input the declination,

yes I have checked throttle trim and full yaw

    The same issue on my first setup. In my case the solution was that i did'nt setup the CH5 correctly and the radio sent a PWM signal like ALTHOLD flight mode, in this mode you can arm your motors. Try to verify if Ch5 is ok.
