Connecting servos to APM 2.5

Hi, just got my apm 2,5 assembled.

I also got this cable: https://store.diydrones.com/Jumper_cable_two_pin_female_15cm_p/ca-0001-11.htm

This cable has 6 connectors. I guess i only need 4 of theese?

Thing is i also have 2 servos to control my camera that i wish to control with my sender, do i connect theese to the apm, or do i go from the reciever? Or can i simply add them to the 5+6 output on the apm?

No the 6 pins come in handy. Pine 5 for flight modes and pin 6 for tuning and other things. If you have 7 channels you can wire up pin 7 and have more fun. If you cable up servos you will need to careful about powering them. What are your plans with servos? Gimbal or something else?
