I have had a number of times when I have needed to make a custom cable for my set-up.
The problem was sorting out the Connectors.
It took some time and research before I got it right Size Wise.
So in the spirit of sharing here are some details on the main (2) sizes 1mm & 1.25mm Pitch.

I have tried it on both sizes and it works great but I think it's time I had my eyes tested again.
The 1mm pitch really needs a magnifying glass.
