Current Sensor?

Ive seen the option to enable a current sensor during setup but cant seem to find it in the wiki? Have i missed it somewhere?

I have a buzzer and was wondering if it is possible to set this up to go off at a desired voltage?

Cheers

  • Ok thanks for the reply!
  • Its in the wiki for APM here though :) the part is here I have heard/read that an inductive type can work but I can't even find one.

Yes there is a possibility to connect current sensor to latest ArduCopter. Code is a bit unused and not properly trusted yet. More instructions will come soon to wiki pages after we test it a bit more and we get it working more reliably.

Sensor that we have been using to sense currents is AttoPilot 90amp sensor. To ring a buzzer is not supported mainly sensor data is only visible on GCS software.
