I'd like to have a custom case where I could put all my onboard electronics (pixhawk, receiver, onboard computer, minimosd). I don't have a 3D printer. Does anyone know if its possible to custom-order a tailor-made box somewhere?

There are many options for 3D printing and CAD services too. Check out www.shapeways.com. Look in the Drone Parts sub-category. There are many designers who could design a case for you and have Shapeways print it.
