AS some of you may have read about a month ago, I had posted a topic "APM 2.5 with Ublox on a quadcopter - Issues - Disappointment - Confusion"
This topic/discussion had a LOT of information for trying different things to help with issues I was having with my APM 2.5. This topic had so much buzz, it made it to number 1 on the TOP CONTENT list.
It had some awesome, helpful information on doing some auto trim during flight (Surprisingly, I found the auto trim feature on the wiki) and some safety information, and info/changes that people would like to see that I was going to re-read, but to my dismay, the post was DELETED! Not by me, but by someone who runs this site. There were some negative posts about the APM that I guess they didn't like to see.
Why was this deleted? Does this site disallow constructive criticism? Do they have something to hide? Not only have they deleted posts, they delete individual comments too. Sneaky
Since I, and there are many others, have been having a number of issues with the APM 2.5, i posted some concerns with the programming and functionality of the unit. As a CUSTOMER, these were all valid issues. Well I was so frustrated with this thing, that I stored it away and "cooled" off. Now I come back to this site to re-read on some procedures, the post is gone. I don't get this company and I am pretty unimpressed with its business ethics. Since this site is censored, I guess the only course of action would be to voice my concerns elsewhere.

Who can I talk too to get this thing returned and refunded?
I was so frustrated that I stopped messing with the APM and stopped coming here so I apologize that I didn't see a discussion on this deleted post.
My conspiracy theory leads me to believe that they DO know who deleted it. A site like this surely has change logs, come on now...
OW frak ! That post is gone ???
That's a damn shame. Some really good points of attention were made there.
There appears to be a cached version of the first page here: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:92yi87Vfh-sJ:d...
Oh man. :(
As has been stated, nobody knows who deleted the thread, it's unfortunate that it happened, but we don't know who did it. Conspiracy theories abound, but how about counter-conspiracy theories? Maybe you deleted it to try and make 3DR look bad?
I say that in jest, but it demonstrates the futility of this witch-hunt.
Simple fact is, the idea that 3DR/DIYD does not allow criticism has been proved wrong more times than I can count. There are a TON of other critical posts that still exist here.
