I have a DEVO 12E transmitter and a regular pmw receiver for my Pixhawk drone.
Is it possible also to use a PPM receiver with this transmitter?
Pixhawk receive PPM transmittion from the receiver only, so I have to add an PWM/PPM decoder to collect the outputs from the receiver to one PPM line for the Pixhawk. But that limit the number of input channels to eight. Mission planner is now able to handle additional channels, but that have also to be fed into the Pixhawk as a PPM signal. It would be nice to be able to feed all 12 channels to the Pixhawk from a PPM receiver, but I do not know if that is possible.
