Diagnose Motor / ESC issue on new build

Hi,

Working on my 1st build from scratch (Tarot 650 Sport) with Pixhawk running latest Arducopter. Esc's are hobbwing x rotor.

Ive fired her up for the 1st time & it appears that one motor is very slow to respond & at low throttle doesn't spin at all.

Also noticed that motors give off a beeping send when powering up yet after arming this beep goes away.

Hoping for ideas on what data I can pull from the telemetry logs to help work out whats going on.
