Do Digi Cam Control Unsupported by ArduPilot

I'm running ArduPilot 2.70 in HIL mode. I am trying to upload a mission with the following way points:

WAYPOINT

DO_DIGICAM_CONTROL

WAYPOINT

RETURN_TO_LAUNCH

When I try to upload this mission I get the following error:

Upload WPs Failed DO_DIGICAM_CONTROL MAV_MISSION_UNSUPPORTED

at ArudpilotMega.GCSViews.FlightPlanner.saveWPs(Object sender, ProgressWorkerEventArgse)

at ArdupilotMega.Controls.ProgressReporterDialogue.RunBackgroundOperation(Object o)

What am I doing that is causing the error? How do I properly use DO_DIGICAM_CONTROL in my missions?
