I use my telemetry to give me a battery percentage remaining update while flying. I have been flying with 4000mah packs and have it very dialed in so for when I need to land. I recently got 6600mah packs. Do I need to go into my battery tab in mission planner every time I switch batteries and change my battery mah size to get my telemetry to report accurately? Or can it read just off the voltage? Its currently set to read battery voltage and current, but I see there is a voltage only option. Having to change the battery mah every time I change batteries is very annoying and I guess would be a reason to stick to one battery size in the future.

I am assuming you are using minim extra firmware. You don't need to change it just read below.
1) I believe somewhere in the failsafe menu there is a option to go into failsafe at a certain % (makes sure thats off) You only want the failsafe to go at a certain voltage (which is default)
2)
In minim OSD on the 1st tab there is a spot that says showed MAH used VS Show %, select show mah used this will give you a running total from 0 on how many Mahs are used, if you have a 5000mah pack you want to land with 20% left so 80% of 5000 is what you would count to and land by.
3) Also update Minim osd to show you your voltage - just incase the current total glitches or isn't accurate you will see how much voltage is in the pack, if you flying you know you dont want to go below 3.5v per cell
Any questions?
Yes I have a minimosd but I actually use droidplanner to speak outloud every 10% of battery used. So I think the only thing I'd need to change would be whats in mission planner?
