FPV picture running

Hi everyone.

I had solve the previous problem with the help of the forum user Mr Steve Foster. Now I have another problem with my FPV live view. Please check the attach video file. The monitor is from 3Dr and the channel was at Div band B and channel 8. The picture came out as you see. What must I need to do. Please guide me. I downed this Drone for 4/5 months. Now I start using and the problem come up one by one. Looking forward for the advice.

    I think your settings are for PAL not NTSC. Mine did that, and that was the problem???
