Guys, Hope this is the right forum! I need a bit of help getting this working:
Got the Arduino compiling and uploading the hex file to apm2 ok.
But once done (with no errors) Mission planner doesn't seem to recognise the code, Mavlink connects, HUD turns over almost up-side-down, Config is read although I guess that's in eeprom anyway! No green highlights in tx set up.
Mission planner using mavlink 1.0
Code being compiled Arducopter 2.6
target board apm2
only ammendment to code has been in APM_config.h
# define CONFIG_APM_HARDWARE APM_HARDWARE_APM2
Is there anything obvious I'm doing wrong?

Just to let you know it's working now!
A mystery wait for a couple of minutes before connecting planner seems to work!
