My EAST Program at school purchased a battery charger (http://www.amazon.com/Bantam-E-Station-BC6-DC-DC-charger/dp/B004DPCJYS) to charge our 22 volt battery. This battery charger only has DC input, so can anyone give me some info bout how to charge the battery on the arducopter with this? I think my teacher kinda screwed up in his purchasing, but i honestly dont know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Buy an AC/DC power supply. You can pick them up about $50 on ebay.
Well, I kinda thought that. Our ArduCopter battery seemed to charge though. Im not sure why, but I think it could have something to do with the fact that the battery is 6 cell. Wouldnt the charger charge and balance each cell one by one and balance them as it goes? So each cell would be 3.7 volts so it will charge? Idk it worked once though. Its on the charger now, so we'll see from here. Thanks, and if you have anything else that'll help me, please, by all means, we are trying to get this in the air by next month, post it up.

Ok another question: I modded a computer power supply to use as an input for the charger. It is cranking out 12.5 volts. This works for the charger, but will a 22.2 volt battery charge off of only a 12 volt power?

Since this is a DC to DC charger, you are going to have to use either a car battery (~13vdc) or an AC to DC switching power supply (12vdc) to power the charger to be able to charge your LiPo batteries.
You could use this linear 13.8vdc car battery simulator:Car battery simulator or
a 12vdc 5 amp switching power supply: Switching supply or
this 15vdc switching power supply which will let you charge 5S LiPos: 15vdc supply
