I'm stumped. Any help/suggestions is much appreciated.
I swapped out Pixhawk and GPS/Compass module into a new airframe. Same airframe, just new.
The motors are same, but new, as well as the ESC. The only other addition to the acft is a 12V regulator for the Tarot Gimbal.
I can't seem to get it calibrated. I've tried 12 times now. Here are the params.

I ran compassmot (current) and got no higher than 35% and that was at about 80% throttle.
I also recently had to shelf a pixhawk that was going to be used for this aircraft, because it would not calibrate the accelerometer. Has anyone been running into bad components? It was purchased directly from 3DR's store.

FYI: I updated FW and SW, recal'd and she is flying great.
