the performance of stators is crucial for the motor performance, however, how about its price and cost to get a high performance bldc stators core lamination?
normally the process to stamp the stator includes the follwing steps:
1. design the punching mold according to the stator shape.
2. puching the silicon steel and leminate it use the mold and punching machine
3. epoxy coating with insulation powder
there is 3 kinds of the silicon steel be used common,0.2/0.35/0.5mm and the thiner of the silicon steel, the higher performance and higher price.
we have some already-built mold for the stators and if your qty is small, it can benefit for you to save the mold cost during the design stage of your projects.
