Hey all...
I have a ReadyMadeRC LiPo
- 22.2V
- 6 cell
- 30C
- 10,000 mAh
I have an iMax B6 Mini charger and am running the software for the charger. I'm really new to this and don't fully understand all the terminology. I've seen comments like, don't charge over 1C. I'm not sure what that means. So, I've got a couple questions.
1) is the 22.2 volts the total across all 6 cells? So at full capacity each cell would have a total 3.7 volts? And if the volt number gets above that, it would damage the cells in the batter?
2) What does 30 C mean?
3) What does it mean to not charge over 1C?

22.2V is the nominal voltage or storage charge. 25.2V is full charge at 4.2V per cell.
30 C is 30 * battery capacity. So 30*10,000=300,000 or So you can pull 300 amps at max from the lipo.
And charge at 1C well thats 1*10,000=10,000 or 10 amps. So dont charge your lipo at more then 10 amps.
