3 flight modes programmed (1=Stabilize, 4=Circle, 6 = auto) on a three positions switch)

Then how to take off this marvelous machine ?
Push the throtle stick, try the 3 mode fligths and then ...nothing appends

Well, looking at the photo - try attaching the props.
Seriously, what do you mean "nothing happens"?
Have you followed the first flight instructions in the wiki? https://code.google.com/p/arducopter/wiki/AC2_Flying
When you say "nothing appends", do you mean, Nothing happens.. Like the propellers don't spin when you push the stick?
If the motors aren't responding, have you armed the APM by pressing the stick to the right and holding it there for four seconds seconds? Have you calibrated the ESCs? Have you calibrated the receiver?
B. Don't use any other flight modes till you learn to fly really well in stabilize mode. You need to be able to recover other flight modes in stabilize mode.
C. Once stabilize mode is mastered then move to alt hold. Alt hold is the bases for other flight modes.
