I can not calibrate throttle channel

Hi 

my setup:

Mission Planner 1.3.28

ArduPlane v3.3.0

When I try to calibrate transmitter (initial setup-> mandatory HW-> radio calibration-> calibrate radio )
I am not able to calibrate throttle channel. Slider work well but red lines ( corner case value ) does not move.

Any idea what can be wrong ?

     Arm throttle

      As usual my fault :). I am building flying wing and I do not use rudder, so when I make a connection between receiver CH4 and AMP input 4 everything works properly. Thank you Watts

      Thank you for your early reply. In config/tuning is paramater set as  ARMING_REQUIRE=0, but I can not stil control  throttle. So I have no idea what I am doing wrong :(
