Incorrect orientation for my quad?

Looking at this view in APM Planner, the red line is what the Planner thinks the front of my quadcopter is, but the copter's in an 'X' config (the default, right?) where the "front" is between the front two booms. The copter's behaving rather odd in stabilized mode, and I'm wondering if this is why. But I can't figure out where the setting is that'll tell the copter that its front is between the booms.

This is with 3.0.1, and my compass seems to be off by 15-20°, despite what appeared to be a successful calibration.

Sigh, I found the problem. I didn't RTFM quite right, as you can see from this screenshot. The Compass orientation procedure says you should "Select Roll 180 for the new 3DR GPS/Mag". Well, my reading comprehension score has suffered in my old age. But now that I have fixed that, it's flying nicely!
