I charged up my battery, then plugged it in to my PDB. I got the beeps from the ESCs and they kept beeping about every 2 seconds.
My APM is clearly on, but the lights are blinking more erratically than if plugged in via USB. Something is clearly wrong.
Any ideas?

This is what it looks like currently. It's rough, and I'll clean it up once I know everything is good.
Oh, and you'll see in the bottom left, that I marked that ESC. That's the top right of the quad. The esc with the white wire.

The beeping from the esc's is due to the esc's automaticly going into programming mode. This is caused during power up with the throttle not at idle. Check your throttle is not reversed on the radio.
The blue pwm light on the APM will blink faster when it detects the receiver sending signals. so is probably normal and your seeing the difference between with and without the radio receiver.
