Mega going hot

Hi

 

Is it normal that this component is very hot?  97AG N03B  on the Mega board

I had conect a short time-4S.

shall I change this component  or a new board

 

where can I buy this component ?

    i will cange the LM 317

    and use only 2 S

    Yes, it would be w/ a 4S. Only use 7.2V max when powering the board directly - the voltage regulator can't effectively dissipate the heat produced from batteries greater than 7.2V.
