i hope anybody can help me. I'm desperate :(
The Auto and RTL Mode are very slow. Between waypoints or RTL the horizontal speed is 1 m/s maximum and increase very slow. Often, the drone stand still like in Loiter Mode and drift away with the wind a little bit and than comes back with very slow speed to homepoint.
Loiter work great.
My Settings are:
WPNAV_SPEED 400
WPNAV_ACCEL 250
I changed this values but nothing changed. Same slow reactions.
What could it be? Maybe bad GPS Performance? HDOP under between 1,5 and 2 & 9 Satellites.

I don't think anyone here uses Megapirate anymore. It's very far behind the official code, and I think is no longer being developed.

I can't find WPNAV_SPEED in Plane V3.5.2. Do I have to adjust speed in the Survey Grid Tool?
Target airpspeed in Auto is TRIM_ARSPD_CM
