How do I increase the loiter radius past 127 meters? I can't imagine why such a limit would be in place. My flying wing is pretty fast and I need more space to loiter.

I've pushed a change to the code to set the limit to 32767 in the doc strings. I suspect MP uses those doc strings to set the limits it allows.
So it should be fixed for 2.66.
