Motor "nudging" (or not spinning properly)

Hi all,

Just got the battery for my first quad and connected everything and powered it up. I am having a problem where one motor nudges back and forth instead of spinning. See video at:

Is something fried? Or just a loose connection somewhere?

    This is usually a bad connection between the ESC and the battery, or the ESC and the motor. Disconnect, clean, and reconnect (firmly) all cabling to/from this motor, including the ESC to battery cable, the bullet connectors. Be mindful that you might have a problematic connection, which you do not want appearing as a result of vibration later, during flight.

    I could add that all 4 motors were working correctly at first. Then I checked rotation direction and had to change 3 of them. After this the problem occurred.
