Motor stop at low speed

I have a issue on a Quad with  20amp 3DR ESC (non simonK) and 28-36 750KV motors.    I have never had a issue in flight (50+) flights.    However very freqently one of the motor (not alway the same one) will cut out/stop while spinging up at low speeds.  I have to disarm and rearm to correct.    If I take off quickly I do not have a issue but if I let idle a low speed one motor will stop,   Checked ESC calibration and setings. Tried ESC timming at low, med and high.   Motors start at same time.   Only does it with props on, props are balanced.   Min throttle/motor speed incresed from 130 to 150.   I have checked wiring,   Vibration within in recomended limits.     Any other thoughts or ideas?

  • Are you using a PDB?

    • Yes.

      • The random motor thing is weird, not sure how to incorporate that, but I think it is a voltage cutoff maybe, or a connection or maybe something arcing on the PDB? Do you think you can make a video, happy to help as best I can

        • I am convience at take off thing are out balance I I am send too low a signal to one of ESC to try to balance.    I will do some logs (with everything enabled) and video this weekwnd.
