Hi James, I personally would not oil them but others may do?
My reasons for not oiling them are that when you apply oil you will find that it will attract dust blown up from your prop wash, and when the two combine they make a sort of grinding paste which will do the opposite of what you are trying to achieve. All brushless motors I know of have sealed bearings that do not need oiling or greasing...
