Out of the Box Hobbyist Level Aerial Mapping UAV?

Hi, I am new to the UAV revolution.  I am interested in aquiring a UAV for mapping of my family farm.  I am idea rich and resource poor :)

What(if any) UAV platforms are available for surveying/mapping that are under $3k where I can collect georectified images and point cloud DEM data?

    Beside Event38 and flightriot, i found the Aeromapper which ist below $5000.

    Does someone have more information/ suggestions?

    Event 38 looks really good.

    Is there any momentum at DIYDrones for the intergration of other types of payloads(NIR, Multispectral, Hyper Spectral...) into systems like this?

    The image aquisition is the easy part. Finding automated post processesing to create georectified images is definitely the hard part, depending of course on your accuracy requirements.
    Duffy at Flightriot is very good at stepping you through the process.
