I have built a mini X-Quad blow are the specs.
Air frame type - Quad
Size - 285mm
Frame Material - Carbon Fiber
ESC's - ZTW Spider 18a NoBec
Motor - SunnySky 2207 / 2100Kv
Prop - Hq6045 Tri Glass/Nyon
PDB - PDB with volt & current sensor 5 & 12volt regulators
Telemetry - Yes
Current PID's attached.
I have tried to lower PIDs as low as possible and am still having really bad roll oscillations. I also was getting Yaw oscillations and after lower P & I as low as they would go I add some D and that seems to help.
Any help would be great

Got it. I had to increase the Gyro Filter it was set to 15Hz I bumped it to 40Hz and it flies perfect.
