Are you trying to attach the image to a previously approved blog post or to a new, potential blog post?

Test JPEG image, Working now...
Hi Jim, I post images often and have had no difficulty.
I use JPEG images and Chrome, but shouldn't make any difference even if you are using Internet Explorer mess.
I am using cable broadband and phone company broadband should be OK too.
If your dial up or satellite, no guarantees though.
Just a few thoughts.
