Qgroundcontrol-Mavlink-Pixhawk

Hello everyone,

I am working on a project about an autonomous quadcopter that is able to track the strongest wifi signals and find location. I am using an arduino to get the wifi signals(or maybe a wifi pineapple), but I don't know if there is a way for me to connect the arduino to the I2C of the pixhwak. The other option is to use mavlink to guide the quad to the location. I have been looking into the tutorial about how to do it, but they are confusing. I ready downloaded QGroundControl, but I don't know how to connect it to Mavlink by adding the header. My other question is if there is like a GUI interface for me to use to guide the copter or do I have to write some code.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
