it is a receptor PPM or PCM for connect to ArduPilotMega, or both agree on? ...curentely having a radio Futaba FF9 in 72 MHz with PPM receptor.

If I understand your question (there could be a language problem here), the answer is PPM. You can use a single PPM output from a receiver as the RC input to APM.
