Sending PWM to a Servo

Hi

I'm flying using APM 2, it's a Quad copter. I've used Output pins 1-4 for quad ESCs. I have an additional servo for controlling an arm.

In Mission Planner WayPoint defination, how can I tell to send a specific PWM to for example Output pins 5 or 6, as I only used 4 of output pins, so I think I can connect my servo to 5th output pin.

How can I do that? I tried DO_SET_SERVO, but I can't test it before fly, is that work? If I set

DO_SET_SERVO 5, 2000

will it send 2000 PWM to output pin 5 (right under 4th ESC)?
