i can give 50 hz signal with 1-2ms width to ESC using 8051 microcontroller . will my BLDC motor work????

yes, most people use an arduino to try, well I did it that way lol so I recommend you to try it out!.

yes,it will work.. you can set your 1.1 as minimum and 1.9 as max.. and don't forget it ESC need to make 3.3v output from microcontroler..
