    Hi all,

    Thanks for the responses. Much appreciated

    It looks like www.rcfoam.com might be a good source for foam sheets/blocks to work with the Multiplex ELAPOR foam.

    They also have the 8mm carbon fiber rods that I have been looking for that everyone else is out of.

    Peters right, you can buy the chemicals to make the foam quite easily but its the mold making.

    I think you will find Elapor is a special blend of foam that is used only for moulding. EPP (expanded polypropylene) which is similar in many respects is available in sheet and is probably the nearest.
