the next crash

hi

After some good flights and several very bad crashes (a lot of motors and frames) I rebuild my hexacopter (15mm aluminium, housing for the electronics,....)

It took me 2 day to do that.

Today I was flying with 2.0.45 and it was good. A little nervouse / too precice but good.

After 15min flight (2 accus) the copter starts drifting (pads are soldered) more and more. So I landed and leveled it (stick full left down for 15 sec).

After starting again it wasn't better.

Now the strange happens. After a agressive left (roll, i pulled the stick of the RC full to one direction) the copter did not recover and crashes with full speed in the lawn. With full speed I mean around 20m/sec.

Result: 2 motors, 5 props, 1 center plate AND my nice 3S 5800mAh batery no smokes!

But the 15mm Alu have no problem.

QUESTION:

What have i done wrong?

- too agressive roll?

- wrong pid? I used the standard one but lowered the Rate roll P and rate pitch p fro 0.14 to 0.1.

- any other idea?

by the way what should I do with the broken LiPo?

thank you
