I've recently udated the firmware on my APM2 to APMrover 2.20.   Now the throttle does not work.

Channel 3 is dead.  It does not respond to radio calibration.

Here are the things I've done to issolate the problem:
1.  Reload different firmware. I am currently trying Arduplane 2.68.

2.  Verified that Channel 3 signals are arriving from the receiver  at APM2 input 3.  (Check with an O'scope)

Are there any testpoints I can check to trouble shoot this?
