Ublox neo-6m timeout issue while configuration.. help!!!

hi.. i got Ublox gps module 2.0 i want to configure it passthough my apm..

i already got connected in u-center (connection icon already green and blinking in the botom) but i got no fix indoor or outdoor. nothing moving from the status. when i want setup configuration from 3dr-ublox.txt i download in official website. i got timeout issue and fail to configure.. anyone can help me? here i attach my gps board.

i already tried it with 2 gps and not working..

    actually i already used this gps board to fly my quad.. but i got flyaway issue while auto mission sometime thats why i want configure it
