Quick question for you dedicated enthusiasts: Are you planning to get a Sport, Recreational, or Private Pilot certificate in order to operate under Section 333 until Part 107 is finalized?

Good question! Before Part 107 was finalized, many drone operators had to rely on a Section 333 exemption, which required a manned pilot certificate (Sport, Recreational, or Private Pilot). But now that Part 107 is fully in place, getting a full pilot’s license is no longer necessary for commercial drone operations. That said, I am currently working on my part 107 certification, I am studying here https://careeremployer.com/test-prep/practice-tests/faa-part-107-pr... I have found the practice tests to be quite helpful. Wish me luck.
