When I try to fly in manual mode with xplane all things are funny, but when I change to auto mode, plane goes inverted and out of control.Please help me?

This may help but you have not put a lot of description about your problem.
1.uploaded the Hardware in the Loop firware to your ardupilot hardware (make sure you click over the plane text when you do this)
2.calibrated your radio controls after this
