Yes, I was only thinking of using it for telemetry only - not for video.

xbee pro xsc 900 has a data rate of 9.6kbps which is too less for telemetry !!!!! further video transmission is simply not possible at such datarate.. but you can use it as a subtitute to a rc radio

it has 40 mile LOS range and has datarate of 115kbps !!!
